The Elite Gold Service Package

With our Gold Package, the following benefits are available to you:

Technology-Based Bidding – Your guests bid on your auction items, raffles and other revenue generators via their own Smartphone. With a web-based application, anyone can bid on your items from anywhere thus increasing your revenue potential.

Pre-Event Planning – Your EEM Event Manager provides you with fundraising guidance: setting minimum bids, increments and buy now values, as well as item packaging ideas for your auction. He or she periodically reviews your total item value compared to your goal amount, and then offers feedback to help you reach your goal. Your EEM Event Manager schedules an event venue walk to determine successful configuration for registration, fundraising areas, cashiering and item pickup. He or she is a valuable resource and can attend planning or committee meetings between the contract date and event date to offer best practices input.

Your EEM Event Manager also designs your item description sheets, providing you with a PDF to print before your set-up.

Event Day Support – Your EEM Tech Supervisor arrives early to build the network, place and test all equipment and install fail safes. This supervisor remains onsite throughout the event to maintain the network and assist guests with bidding. Your EEM Event Manager and other supervisors manage the event’s overall flow, fundraising elements, and keep the lines of communication open with you.

An additional four (4) EEM Event Staff run your registration, live auction/ask scribing and check-out for up to 500 guests. As your event grows, your EEM Event Manager will determine if it is necessary to contract additional Event Staff. Your EEM Event Supervisor can also serve as the main point of contact for event day volunteers to further free up staff and committee members.

Final Event Wrap-Up Meeting – Your EEM Event Manager attends a debrief meeting to discuss the event from planning through event night, so that the following year’s event is even better! EEM strives to be a long-term partner rather than just a vendor.

Event Day Support – Your EEM Event Manager is virtually available to you 4-hours before your event starts to run through any last minute changes in preparation for registration and at the close of your event to help reconcile all charges prior to running your payments. If you need assistance during your event, you can add-on our Day of Tech Support package where you will have immediate cell/text communication with your EEM Event Manager.
